When Lexicon is the better fit
- You DJ with Engine DJ, VirtualDJ or djay Pro today. Fadero doesn't support them yet.
- You want your library to stay on your own computer, with the cloud only as an extra.
- You mainly need a one-off conversion between apps, which Lexicon's free plan covers.
When Fadero is the better fit
- You want one master library in the cloud, the same on every computer, with nothing lost if a laptop dies.
- You use rekordbox, Serato DJ or Traktor and want them kept in sync both ways, not converted once.
- You play CDJs and want sticks made straight from your library and checked file by file.
- You want your music in the cloud on every plan, without a separate storage add-on.
